Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) collects data and houses a number of different databases. One can look at Colorado health indicators and county-level data in a number of domains, including: community description, economic opportunity, physical environment, health behaviors and conditions, mental health, access and utilization of care, population health outcomes, and causes of death/years of potential life lost. There is a community health equity map where one can look at equity-relevant data by geography. Also provided are community-level estimates, statistical models to generate data for smaller geographies that have sample size limitations. CDPHE also houses the Colorado Health Information Dataset (COHID) which includes a lot of public health data, including data on births, death, diseases, maternal health, immunization, adolescent health, environmental epidemiology, community health and inclusion, marijuana, etc.
