Community Commons

Community Commons is a landing spot/hub for a wide variety of data sources, including maps, reports, stories, tools, and more. It is an open-source and collaborative platform to support the movement for healthy communities by helping change-makers connect to the best tools and resources to support their work. Anyone can upload their own resources to the site. One can explore “channels” like economy, education, environment, equity, food, health, housing, or transportation, or can search for reports on particular geographies like Colorado. There are many equity-relevant resources here, but has limited local data.
