Health Equity Toolkit

This toolkit maps the resources that are available to build the capacity around health equity, at the individual user, team, and organizational levels. It represents a compilation of all the tools and resources created and gathered throughout the Building Capacity for Equity-Informed Planning and Evaluation Project. Beyond the lifespan of the project, the ultimate goal is to create and mobilize a ‘Community of Practice’ a shared vision and best practices for advancing health equity within the community health sector and across other sectors. The provision of this toolkit will support this long-term goal.
