Overlapping Geographic Clusters of Food Security and Health

Overlapping Geographic Clusters of Food Security and Health

This national spatial study, Overlapping Geographic Clusters of Food Security and Health: Where do social determinants and health outcomes converge in the U.S?, explores the regions of overlap between extreme food insecurity and adverse health outcomes with a further overlay of the racial/ethnic composition of the regions. It is a good resource both for its findings and as a guide for replicating this sort of spatial analysis for other social determinants of health.
